If people that are fond of food and drink want to lose their body weight, then fasting for one day a week will help. On the day of having fasted, then you should use lemonade, milk, juice, soup, etc. along with some of the fruits also. 

You can also eat a salad if you want. Salad is very much beneficial for the body as well as it is effective in body weight loss.

Drink plenty of water daily

People sometimes mistake thirst for hunger. You should always try to drink at least 7 to 8 liters of water in a day. A full glass of drink water provides you with the necessary calories, so by regular consumption of the water, you can avoid extra hunger.

Eat a high-fiber food

Foods that are high in fiber can also help you to keep your stomach feeling full, which is perfect for losing body weight. Fiber is found only in plant foods, such as fruits and vegetables, oats, brown rice, whole grain bread, beans, peas, chia seeds, pasta, lentils, etc.

Always use a smaller plate

Using a smaller plate can help you to eat smaller portions of eating food. By using the smaller plates and bowls, you can gradually get used to eating smaller portions without feeling hungry. 

It will take about 20 minutes for the stomach to tell the brain that the stomach is getting full, so eat slowly and stop eating before the stomach is getting full.

Try to increase your everyday activities

For these seven days, you should gear up to work hard. You need to work hard on the total weight loss workout program that you are making a goal for. That's why you have to intensify your daily physical activities for regular days.

If you are not able to do a regular workout for some personal reason, then you should walk and try at least a minimum of 10 thousand steps daily. 

That's why you have to walk a minimum of 10 thousand steps daily. If you are walking ten thousand and more steps daily, then you will have to measure your steps daily by downloading the Activity Monitor or a device app.

Losing weight can be difficult if you keep eating something from time to time. In such a situation, eat once and be satisfied. If you are not hungry then taste or something else and note how many inches you have to get subtracted in size.

Your body weight is not increasing in a day. In such a situation, it would be wrong to think that the weight should be reduced in a single day only.
